Our story:
Shine Property Services was started by Craig MacDonald in the summer of 2019. Shine was created to bring a premium solution to property services and maintenance in Prince George and area. Craig was born and raised in Prince George, BC and while attending business school at the local college, he saw an opportunity for property services that clients could rally behind. Since starting in 2019, Shine has always put customers first by providing the best cleaning solutions and culture to each and every job.

If we are cleaning a roof, we do not use high pressure. The roof cleaning procedure includes a special cleaning agent designed to clean the roof and kill any organics growing on the surface. This way of cleaning a roof is the only recommendation from roof shingle manufacturers.
We use a method of cleaning called “Softwash” which eliminates the need to use high pressured water. Softwash is the process of using special cleaning agents to achieve a clean surface rather than using pressure.
