Terms of Service

1. Anything that is not written in this agreement is not included or assumed to be included.

2. As a company Shine will not kill any nest of some sort (bees, wasps, or pests) but if the nest is dead, we can remove it. 

3. Shine has the right to withdraw from service agreement if after we start the project, we find reason that any sort of clean will not produce good results. Any deposit money will be returned to customer and no further obligations or liabilities whatsoever will be responsible to either party. 

4. If used, roof anchors are 100% guaranteed against leaks for the entire period of a roof’s lifetime. 

5. Roof treatment warranty – 2 years: Shine guarantees the roof treatment to keep re-occurring organic matter growth from returning for a period of 2 years. If any organic matter is to return to an area treated, re-treatment will be provided to the area or area affected. Shine will professionally service the returning organic matter at no cost to the customer(s). 

6. All work is weather dependant. 

7. Oxidization or rust stains are not to be removed unless agreed upon from company to client. 

8. Contract Acceptance: In signing this agreement I authorize the work to be performed and agree to pay all amounts outstanding upon substantial job completion, unless otherwise outlined in this document. Quote valid for 30 days.
