Founder
Craig grew up in Prince George and started Shine in the summer of 2019, while at business school at the local college. A hockey background taught him to show up strong every day; a copy of Think and Grow Rich picked up on a construction site got him hooked on building something of his own. He still plays hockey, golfs, and travels when the season allows.
General Manager, Prince George
Jaedyn has been with Shine for four years and runs the Prince George operation. He is an avid gamer — in high school he was one of the top Call of Duty players in the world. Weekends are for family, and for making sure his cats are well fed.
Sales Representative · Victoria
Jackson grew up in Victoria, played rugby and attended Oak Bay High. In his sales role at Shine, he takes the time to understand what each customer needs and helps them make sense of the right exterior-cleaning options for their property. Outside work, he enjoys training at the gym, personal development and finding new ways to grow his income. Jackson likes being part of a growing team and is always pushing himself to improve.
Sales Representative · Prince George
Eric has been with Shine for two years, starting as a technician before moving into sales. His hands-on experience gives him a practical understanding of the work and helps him guide Prince George homeowners through their exterior-cleaning options. Away from work, Eric enjoys DJing, playing rec hockey and cheering for the Edmonton Oilers. A lifelong hockey player, he brings the same work ethic to Shine and is always looking for ways to improve.
Technician · Victoria
Caleb brings five years of roof-cleaning experience, including running his own moss-removal company in Nanaimo before moving to Victoria. He is also a volunteer firefighter working toward his goal of becoming a full-time firefighter. Outside work, Caleb enjoys fitness, running and photography, and is always up for a strength-training session.

Jacob brings six years of commercial roofing experience to our Victoria team. He joined Shine looking for an honest company, steady work and a place to build a future. Now based in Victoria, he spends his time away from work exploring video production and the visual arts.
