After: The same roof slope was left with the green growth removed. Pale residue remained visible along some shingle edges after the work.

What we did: The crew removed the visible moss from the roof surface. The photographs show the same roof before and after the work; they do not establish the condition beneath the shingles or predict future performance.
Result: The same roof slope was left with the green growth removed. Pale residue remained visible along some shingle edges after the work.
Customer response: The homeowner later told Craig that the team was professional from first contact through completion and that the process was quicker and easier than she expected. This was spoken feedback, not an online review.
A courtesy on this visit: She had asked about cleaning two windows. Because the technician had time on this visit, he cleaned the home's glass at no charge. This was a one-time courtesy, not part of the standard roof-cleaning scope.
